As I sit at Starbucks waiting for a client meeting, I thought that the next blog should actually list some of the roles that we are currently working on here in Indianapolis. I think the post would be way too long to list them all, but please consider it a sampling of the types of talent we are sourcing for:
Sales and Marketing
Inside sales positions
Our largest push at the moment if for several inside sales roles for a client that has grown literally 150% in the past year, and are the largest company in their space. They are looking for the hybrid of hunter and farmer who has the ability to listen to clients, and then direct them down the correct path. These are roles that have a base plus uncapped commission.
Customer Support Manager
This is a very unique role in that personality and internal drive are more important than background. The key skill requirements are the ability to motivate people, a desire to exceed the minimum, an internal drive to be successful, and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done. This role will be managing over 20 people, with huge visibility within the company. Succeeding in this role will propel you forward within the company.
Developers and IT Roles
VP Of Development
A software company here in Indianapolis is looking for a VP of Development. This role will shape the development team as the company grows as they are experiencing huge market penetration. The perfect candidate is flexible in their skill set and background, has a penchant for start ups, and wants to be part of a growing and dramatic team. Salary dependent on background and skill set.
UI/UX Engineer
This is definitely a UI engineer role, not just a designer. The person must be able to code as well as design the project. Multiple companies are searching for this role. The UX is as much analytic as it is design work. Mock ups, drafts, research and implementation to enhance user experience is a prerequisite.
LAMP Engineer
Linux, Apache, MySql, and PHP. 5-7 years of experience
Java Engineer
High end Java engineers. Must be comfortable with open source and OOP. 5 years and up
Network Engineer
Very experienced network engineer. Experience with Redhat/Linux a must. Multiple roles available
Systems Engineer
Experienced system engineer wanting to help a networking company. 6 or more years of experience.
System Admin
Multiple sys admin roles for those looking to take their career to the next level.
QA Test Lead
Must love Testing and understand the importance of methodology. This is a consulting company that works only in the QA space. Huge growth potential.
Peoplesoft QA Test
QA test role with experience with PeopleSoft. Huge growth as this is a specialty position.
