As the holiday season is approaching, we trend to go into “family” mode-meaning you start thinking about or planning your family trips. In my case, flying my kids in from Hawaii has been something I have been looking forward to for a while. Why in the world would they want to leave the hot weather, nice beaches and surfing….I don’t know, but I hear from them twice a day just to tell me how excited they are to visit.
Family plays a huge part in my life, which is one of the many reasons I enjoy working here. You would think that a company that’s having so much early success, that it would be easy to forget where it started and how much work it took to get here, but that’s not the case at Profyle Tracker. Everything that we as a coming have, is something we know we are truly blessed to have. We understand that not everyone has the same opportunities that we have.
This past week really made me realize why there isn’t anywhere else I would rather work. This company has the same family values that I try and teach my kids every day. Trying to remember where you came from and never take for granted what you have. Know that there are always people in the world that are less fortunate than you and that anything you can give back helps. That is what this company is about. This holiday season ProfyleTracker has decided to help a family in need. We have decided that it’s only appropriate that we give back what seems to be so little, yet so huge to this family. I think we tend to forget that with a little effort we can change lives. That is what try to accomplish at ProfyleTracker……Changing Lives. I know mine has, so once the decision was made that we can’t just let this holiday season go by without helping someone out, that only confirmed what I knew before, this is the right place for me.
Remember this holiday season to be thankful for the things that you have and not worry so much about the things you don’t. I am truly blessed and thankful for all the opportunities that have been put in front of me and couldn’t be happier! Elisia, Aaron, Avery…..I love you!
Be Relentless,
Justin
